“Be the Change our World needs today.”

Help make a difference in your community

What Makes Us Different?

Our vision is to aid students, from kindergarten to seniors, and schools nearby to create awareness and a drive to start their own GTP club in their school by inspiring them with ideas and helping them find a passion for the environment in their own way. In the GTP, we want to ensure that all student ideas are heard and actionable and find a way to put their passions into the environment. We will also find inspiration from other students, adults, and professionals and be able to share ideas and have constructive conversations. GTP is a place where students are comfortable sharing and creating ideas, projects, and articles about what they are passionate about that relate to the environment. Whether it’s from journaling to creating art projects to changing a law, the GTP is a place where students can come together and combine their passion for their career future with their passion for the greater good of the environment.

Our Purpose

The Green Terra Project strives to create awareness about the environment through education, action, and service. We work with students from lower school to high school to help them understand the importance of taking care of the world around us, to implement change, and to start their own chapter of The Green Terra Project within their division. In the club, we ensure that all ideas are heard and considered actionable, we find solutions to problems within our community, and we create a community of like-minded individuals where students can come together and be inspired to be the change our world needs today.

What We Do as a Whole

Educate others through our actions, presentations, or research on global problems; raise awareness through guest speakers and visual imagery; and come together as a community to talk and listen to each other’s ideas and volunteer at parks or anything associated with the environment.

Goal:

Expand our knowledge and awareness about the environment through education and volunteering, and be able to explore ideas and solutions in our community.
